Earn £25,000 plus £1,500 joining bonus

Our Head Office in Peterborough houses a range of functions that provide critical support to our dynamic and diverse business - everything from Commercial, Procurement, Product Management and Supply Chain.


You will build a unique portfolio of skills by rotating around our teams to gain an understanding of our business, our customers and the way in which we operate.

You will be expected to undertake business roles and responsibilities from the outset gaining significant on-the-job experience. All of this activity will be supported by appropriate training and your progress formally reviewed every 6 months. A full range of opportunities exist for a successful candidate within the business graduate scheme including a Procurement specific scheme

On successful completion of the scheme you will be appointed into a junior management role in one of our business areas. Where you are placed will be based on business need and strengths demonstrated through the 30 months scheme.

Requirements

Talent, drive and a real hunger for rapid advancement won’t actually be enough. You will also need at least a 2:1 in an appropriate degree, a proven track record of taking significant responsibility and clear evidence that you can handle hard work.

Training & Development

Your training and development needs are paramount to your success and to ensure you are equipped to deal with the responsibilities that will be placed on you throughout the scheme and beyond. You will have the following support network to help guide you:-

  • Mentors – senior people who will provide you with an invaluable insight into the business and what it takes to be successful

     

  • Buddies – normally ex-graduates who have completed the scheme will provide support through sharing their experiences

     

  • Line Managers responsible for defining and managing objectives and projects for the graduate and facilitate their development
