Not Not Just Sugar British
Engineering
You’ll be learning to draw on your knowledge of chemistry or engineering to continuously improve processes and introduce new technology, while keeping the operation running like clockwork. All this will be against a background of a 24/7 operation, in an environment where health and safety is simply vital. You’ll have the opportunity to take responsibility for real improvement, development and investment projects. You’ll learn about what it takes to keep an operation running in widely different cultures. In fact, the breadth of experience is simply huge, with opportunities to learn about the manufacturing of food, bio-energy and bio-chemicals from agriculture.

The scheme involves both factory and office-based placements both in Europe and internationally. You’ll get management team exposure from day one, involvement in the full production lifecycle and a chance to play a high-profile role in our business. That includes running your own engineering/technology projects sooner rather than later.
